Thanks for ordering with us! You will be sent an email confirming your order as well as an email confirming your order as shipped along with tracking information.
Please note!  Canada Post requires a phone number for any international shipments to help with tracking a parcel should it become difficult to deliver.  Your order cannot be shipped without a complete name, address, phone number, and email.
Shipping rates are applied at PayPal and are from US$20.00 for Canada and the US.  For orders shipping elsewhere please contact eng@locus-engineering.com for a shipping estimate.
We do test each product shipped, however if you experience any problems with your order, please contact us.  Returns are possible within ten days of receiving your order however a Return Material Authorization Number must be requested before any returns are accepted, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
